The 30A Wine Festival-Intermezzo consists of 10 beautifully curated, intimate dining experiences crafted to give you an in-depth look at unique food and beverage alike. Enjoy this intimate experience with just 50 guests in attendance per event. . The detailed schedule of events is below.

Oysters & Champagne, Thursday, February 18, 2021, Moongate Park, 6-9pm

Join us for a beautiful evening where flowing champagne will be accompanied by featured oysters from all over the Southeast. New on the scene in Alys Beach, The Citizen will be kicking off Intermezzo with fabulous food & beverage from this exciting, new coastal tavern located in the heart of Alys Beach, curated by Jeremy Walton. Tickets are $275.

Cincoro Tequila Dinner, Thursday, February 18, 2021, Central Park, 6-9pm

It is time to fiesta! Kick off your Intermezzo experience with a night of delicious Latin-inspired foods from Chef Renato of Caliza at Alys Beach. To accompany his unique menu, indulge in an exciting new tequila brand, Cincoro, which came to the market almost 2 years ago. This well-curated brand can be known for their grand attention to detail ranging from the unique bottle traits to of course, their famous tequilas. Tickets are $300.

Mixology Seminar, Friday, February 19, 2021, Red Loggia at Caliza, 4:30-5:30pm

The hands-on mixology seminar will take you through the creation of two perfect craft cocktails that are sure to impress even the most avid cocktail connoisseurs.  Tickets are $100.

Bourbon & Que, Friday, February 19, 2021, Kelly Green, 6-9pm

As we pay homage to our annual night of bourbon, beer & butts, we invite you to this intimate B3 experience. True to B3 tradition, you can look forward to a night full of food from local Chef Chris Infinger of Beau’s, as well as from our friends from Treaty Oak out of Austin, TX. To top it off, plan to see your favorite bourbons around Kelly Green with live music to round it out. Tickets are $175.

Thompson 31Fifty Wine Dinner, Friday, February 19, 2021, Arboleda Park, 6-9pm

Local winemakers, Michael and Valerie Thompson, will join us for an evening of fabulous wine & delicious food from Alys Beach Executive Chef, Drew Dzejak. Experience Arboleda Park like you never have before as we take you and your palate through a taste of Italy. Tickets are $275.

Ryu Wine Lunch, Saturday, February 20, 2021, Papilio Park, 11:30am-2:30pm

We are excited to invite you to this intimate Asian-inspired lunch in Papilio Park featuring Vineyard Brand white wines and sake- it is sure to be a beautiful way to spend your afternoon. Tickets are $150.

Evening Land Winery Dinner, Saturday, February 20, 2021, Caliza Pool & Restaurant, 6-9pm

Join us for a night under the palms at the Caliza pool deck as Darren Palace discusses the beautiful wines winemaker Rajat Parr has made at the Evening Land Vineyards in Oregon. Sip under the stars and enjoy this stunning South Beach Inspired evening with a DJ set and a zestful menu from Chef Renato of Alys Beach for what is sure to be a lively evening of fun, food & wine. Tickets are $275.

Scale Wine Group Wine Dinner, Saturday, February 20, 2021, Fire Pit Park, 6-9pm

Cozy up in Fire Pit Park with William Dale as he discusses a variety of wines from Scale Wine Group, accompanied by a delicious fare created by Chef Drew Djezak from Alys Beach. No fireside wine dinner is complete without indulging in the sweet sounds of some of our favorite local musicians. Tickets are $275.

Rise & Imbibe Gospel Brunch, Sunday, February 21, 2021, Gulf Green, 10am-12pm

In true Sunday funday form, enjoy an exciting & delicious brunch on the beautiful Gulf Green. Plan to witness the flowing of mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, coffee cocktails and more as we let the beautiful voices of the gospel choir & band take it away while we sip and nosh by the Gulf. Tickets are $150.

Rosé & Croquet, Sunday, February 21, 2021, Kelly Green, 12-3pm

The highlight of the festival returns with a pared down Croquet Tournament. Don your croquet whites and gather your best players for a boozy brunch complete with elegant rosés. A team of 4 is $800 and includes the tournament as well as food & beverage.  Spectator tickets are $150 and includes food and beverage.
