Mixology Seminar: Concept to Creation

We will look at simple method’s and techniques to make and elevate cocktails. This seminar will showcase how to have fun making and creating cocktails! We will taste spirits and identify why they work for the concept, showcase unique syrups and fresh ingredients that will sustain, and make some out of the box items as well!

Rosé & Croquet

Our final day of celebration each year comes with a competitive & boozy spirit as we feast on everyone’s favorite meal, brunch, and toast elegant rosé’s to the croquet players! For the Annual Croquet Tournament, your croquet whites are encouraged as they have become an iconic part of Sunday’s festivities. Rosé & Croquet is included in the weekend pass & all tournament players must have a weekend pass to play. Must have a team of four to register & 16 slots available for the tournament.
